G7 Alternator Spacer from SAM Composites India Pvt. Ltd. is machined from NEMA Grade G-7 glass silicone laminate. Rotating electrical equipment runs hot, and G7 keeps its insulating and mechanical properties at temperatures up to 250°C. Glass fabric gives the parts strength while the silicone binder resists heat and arcing, which suits motors, generators and alternators.
Motor and generator parts see heat, vibration and electrical stress together. G7 Alternator Spacer is made from a laminate that holds up under that combination, so spacers, supports and insulating pieces stay in position over a long service life. We fabricate each part to your drawing and inspect it before it leaves the plant.
G7 Alternator Spacer is used as spacers, support blocks, slot and coil insulation, end-winding supports and similar insulating parts in motors, generators and alternators. We supply both OEM volumes and replacement parts made to sample or drawing.
