Phlogopite Mica Parts from SAM Composites India Pvt. Ltd. are made from phlogopite mica plate bonded with silicone resin. Plate below 2 mm is stamped; thicker plate is turned, milled and drilled, so we can produce washers, rings, discs, gaskets and other shapes to your drawing. The material is asbestos free and works in ambient temperatures of 500 to 1000°C.
Mica parts keep their insulating properties and their shape in conditions that would destroy plastic or fibre parts. Phlogopite Mica Parts are produced to your drawing tolerance, inspected for size and appearance, and packed to avoid chipping in transit. We stamp, turn, mill and drill mica plate into finished parts to customer drawings.
